Lostprophets er et kjent rocke-band fra Wales og ble startet i 1996. Bandet gav ut tre ep-er før deres debut album ble gitt ut. thefakesoundofprogress var debut albumet og har blitt sertifisert Gold av The BPI. Fra debut albumet kom hit singlen Shinobi vs. Dragon Ninja som Lostprophets har spilt på alle deres live show. Deres andre studioalbum var Start Something som er bandets best solgte album og har blitt sertifisert platinium i Storbritannia og Gold i USA. Albumet inneholdte hit singlene Last Train Home, Burn Burn og Wake Up (Make a Move). Deres tredje studioalbum var Liberation Transmission som er det roligste albumet bandet har gitt ut.
