"Don't Cha" è una canzone del 2004 scritta da Cee-Lo e Sir Mix A Lot. Venne inizialmente registrata da Tori Alamaze nel 2004, ma divenne una hit mondiale sono nella cover delle Pussycat Dolls e Busta Rhymes nel 2005. È stato il secondo singolo delle Dolls, dopo "Sway" dal loro album di debutto PCD.

Il coro del brano è basato sulla canzone del 1988 di Sir Mix A Lot "Swass" ("Don't you wish your boyfriend was swass like me?"). Nel singolo delle Dolls venneg aggiunta una parte rap eseguita da Busta Rhymes e raggiunse la vetta delle classifiche in Regno Unito, Australia, Canada, Germania e Nuova Zelanda mentre la posizione #2 negli Stati Uniti.

Nei versi del brano "Don't Cha", il personaggio principale feeminile (interpretato dalle Dolls) confronta un uomo, rimproverandolo del fatto che lui avrebbe voluto lei e non la sua attuale fidanzata, e concludendo che forse in un'altra vita ci sarà una possibilità per i due. L'uomo, interpretato da Busta Rhymes ammette l'attrazione che prova nei confronti della sua interloqutrice e propone una relazione clandestina, ma lei rifiuta.

Il video di "Don't Cha" ruota essenzialmente intorno alle Pussycat Dolls vestite in abiti provocanti che danzano sensualmente e cantano il brano. A differenza delle altre Dolls, la principale cantante Nicole Scherzinger, viene mostrata spesso insieme a Busta Rhymes. Nel video compare anche il creatore del progetto "Pussycat Dolls" Robin Antin, ed il regista del video Paul Hunter. Fa una breve apparizione nel video anche Carmen Electra.
