The following list consists of countries that to the present send delegates to the global beauty pageant, Miss Universe. 32 of the current delegations have won at least once in history, since the first edition in 1952.

Yugoslavia	Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia was dissolved in April 1992 and has subsequently been replaced in the pageant by the previous member states Croatia and Slovenia, remaining only the State Union of Serbia and Montenegro. On June 2006 Montenegro and Serbia declaired their independence and joined the pageant independently in 2007. FYR Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina have not yet entered the pageant.	2002
