Ramenskoye

Ramenskoye (Russian: Ра́менское) is a town in Moscow Oblast, Russia, located 46 km south-east of Moscow. Population: 82,074 (2002 Census); 87,666 (1989 Census); 69,000 (1974); 28,000 (1939).
The most famous object of Ramenskoye/Zhukovsky is Airport Ramenskoye, which serves LII.
Etymology of the town's name comes from Old Slavonic word "раменье" (ramenye), meaning "the edge of forest".
