Drezna

Drezna (Russian: Дрезна́) is a town in Moscow Oblast, Russia, located on the Drezna River (Klyazma's tributary) some 83 km east of Moscow. Population: 11,600 (2005 est.); 11,665 (2002 Census); 13,047 (1989 Census).
Drezna was founded in 1897 as a settlement for servicing a textile factory. It was named after the Drezna River. Drezna was granted town status in 1940.
