Jane Seymour (Hayes, 15 februari 1951) is een Brits-Amerikaanse actrice, die voornamelijk bekend is door haar hoofdrol in Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman. Daarnaast speelde ze ook in veel televisiefilms en was ze de Bond-girl in de James Bond film Live and Let Die (1973). Haar echte naam is Joyce Penelope Wilhelmina Frankenberg.
Ze werd geboren in Engeland, maar heeft een Nederlandse moeder (geboren in Deventer) en spreekt zelf ook Nederlands.
Jane Seymour heeft Heterochromia iridis, een voor mensen zeldzame genetische mutatie die de oorzaak is van haar twee verschillende oogkleuren. Ze heeft een lichtbruin oog en een groenkleurig oog.
