チャールズ・メリアム

チャールズ・メリアム（Charles Edward Merriam, 1874年 11月15日-1953年 1月8日）は、アメリカ合衆国の政治学者。

アイオワ州生まれ。アイオワ大学卒業後、ドイツ留学を経て、コロンビア大学大学院で博士号取得。1900年から40年までシカゴ大学政治学部で教鞭をとる。その間、シカゴ市議（1909-11、1913-17）を務める。

政治学の科学化を推進し、シカゴ学派の代表的論者として知られる。弟子にはＶ・Ｏ・キー、ハロルド・ラスウェルやガブリエル・アーモンドがいる。
