Joe Spinell est un acteur américain né le 28 octobre 1936 à New York et décédé le 13 janvier 1989 à New York.

Il reste connu pour son rôle de Frank Zito dans Maniac de William Lustig. Il a également tourné des petits rôles dans les 2 premiers Parrains de Francis Ford Coppola et les 2 premiers Rocky avec Sylvester Stallone.
