Sainte-Marie—Saint-Jacques is a provincial electoral district in Quebec, Canada that elects members to the National Assembly of Quebec. The district is located in Montreal. It is bordered by the Autoroute 10, Victoria Bridge, Île Notre-Dame, Rue Frontenac, Rue Rachel and Boulevard Saint-Laurent. It includes the eastern portion of downtown Montreal as well as the Vieux-Montreal area. The riding was created in 1988 from parts of Saint-Jacques and Sainte-Marie.
