Mercier is a provincial electoral district in Quebec, Canada that elects members to the National Assembly of Quebec. The district is located in Montreal. It is bounded to the west and north by the Canadian National railway, to the east by Rue Rachel and to the south by Avenue de l'Esplanade. The riding was created in 1965 from a part of Montréal-Mercier which was formed in 1923. The district was named in honour of former Quebec Premier Honore Mercier
