[edit] Raleigh Springs Mall

The article was deleted after a discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Raleigh Springs Mall. Instead of pursuing a review of the deletion, it was recreated despite the community's assessment that it did not meet the notability requirements of having a Wikipedia article. Such a recreation is subject to speedy deletion under WP:CSD#G4, so that's what happened. If you prepare in your userspace a new version of the article that shows that it meets WP:N, like having significant coverage in reliable sources, then present it - it may be save-able, but a recreation of the same material as was deleted without addressing the fundamental notability concerns is likely to get repeatedly deleted. Carlossuarez46 03:50, 28 September 2007 (UTC)

  • It is now located here where you can update it and edit it in peace without it being deleted before trying to move it into main space you should check with someone whether it meets the notability criteria. Cheers, Carlossuarez46 04:09, 28 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Reply for Raleigh Springs Mall

Hello! Right now I've checked here and unfortunately does not, even though it has references, satisfy notability guidelines quite enough. Maybe if you can add up some more features (like more history) about the mall, that would help. I've asked at one Wikipedia talk page if there are specific notability guidelines for shopping centres outside of WP:CORP like nb of stores and size. Size was one of my criteria for notability although it seems this one meets it but other editors mentionned that size does not make it a difference whether it is notable enough. Although I know one of the most prolific editors on shopping centres User:TenPoundHammer and he/she may help you on improving this article in order to satisfy but right now I'm not quite giving the green light for this article to be revived just yet (unless you asked another admin which may have a bit of a different view then me and may accept to restore it). Although if expanded enough, you can asked me again (or someone else), and if it is okay I (or he/she) can restore it. Also some of the other Memphis malls would need to be expanded or may also risk a deletion nomination for lack of notability.

Also WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS is also not a reason for launching back an article, but if you think other malls doesn't seem notable you can nominate them at WP:AFD. Thanks!JForget 19:08, 29 September 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading Image:Morningside20closeup.jpg. [edit] Eli Zabar

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Eli Zabar, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you agree with the deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please add {{db-author}} to the top of Eli Zabar.
