Copypaste-reverting |
User, please do not just copy and paste articles over from English Wikipedia. You may think you are helping by adding more information, but the whole point of Simple English is to have pages that use simpler English. Using the English article as a starting point and then simplifying it is a good idea and many editors do it. But it is not helpful to just leave it there unsimplified. I am going to revert to an earlier version of "page name". Thank you. |

I will give you some time to simplify "page name", but if there have been no changes in a few days, I will either put them up for deletion or create a stub. Thank you. |

Hello, user! I noticed that your new articles are better suited for our sister project Simple English Wiktionary. Please keep in mind that Wikipedia is not a dictionary. If you'd like to learn about how to help, the links in my welcome message above are a good place to start. And of course, if you have any questions, you can ask myself or another administrator. Thank you. |

Hello, user! I suggest that you read the Manual of Style before you make any more articles. There are certain rules for formatting on Wikipedia that your articles do not follow (for example, bolding the article title, adding categories and links to the article in other languages). Also, be sure that the articles you are creating are not merely dictionary definitions or do not exist already with a different wording, spelling, or capitalization. Let me know if I can help. Thanks! |
Removed warnings |
You have removed several warnings from your user talk page. These warnings are not put on your talk page to annoy you; they were placed here because other editors have noticed an issue with your behavior that may need improvement. They are a way to talk to you, and user talk pages are a record of communication with you. If you do not believe the warning was valid or have a question about improving your behavior you can respond here or talk to any of the administrators here, including me. If your talk page is becoming long, you can archive it by following the guidelines on How to archive a talk page. Thank you. |
