Survivor Series (2001) was the fifteenth annual Survivor Series pay-per-view professional wrestling event produced by the World Wrestling Federation (WWF). It took place on November 18, 2001 at the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina. The official theme song was "Control", by Puddle of Mudd.

The Invasion angle ended at this event with the "Winner Take All Match."

Sunday Night HEAT match: Lance Storm, Justin Credible, and Raven defeated Albert, Scotty 2 Hotty, and Spike Dudley (3:08)
- Storm pinned Spike.
Christian defeated Al Snow to retain the WWF European Championship (6:30)
- Christian pinned Snow after an Unprettier.
William Regal defeated Tajiri (w/Torrie Wilson) (2:59)
- Regal pinned Tajiri after a Tiger Bomb.
- After the match Regal powerbombed Torrie as well.
WCW United States Champion Edge defeated WWF Intercontinental Champion Test in a Title Unification match (11:17)
- Edge pinned Test with a roll-up to unify the titles.
WCW Tag Team Champions The Dudley Boyz (Bubba Ray and D-Von) (w/Stacy Keibler) defeated WWF Tag Team Champions The Hardy Boyz (Matt and Jeff) in a Steel Cage Title Unification match (15:45)
- Bubba Ray pinned Jeff after he a missed Swanton from the top of the cage and fell through a table to unify the titles.
- The Dudleys and Hardys were incorrectly introduced on screen as the WWF and WCW Tag Team Champions respectively.
Test won an Immunity battle royal (7:40)

- As a result of winning, Test was safe from being fired for one year regardless of which side won the main event.
- Prior to the battle royal, Test attacked Scotty 2 Hotty and subsequently took his place.
Trish Stratus defeated Lita, Jacqueline, Mighty Molly, Jazz, and Ivory in a Six-Pack Challenge to win the vacant WWF Women's Championship (4:35)
- Trish pinned Ivory after a Stratusfaction.
- The title had been vacant since Chyna left the company.

Vince McMahon was originally supposed to be part of the main event but was replaced by Big Show due to injury.
This was the final WWF event where Paul Heyman provided commentary.
A title unification match between WCW Cruiserweight Champion Tajiri and WWF Light Heavyweight Champion X-Pac was canceled because X-Pac was injured.
