Survivor Series (1997) was the eleventh annual Survivor Series pay-per-view professional wrestling event produced by the World Wrestling Federation. It took place on November 9, 1997 at the Molson Centre in Montreal, Quebec. The infamous Montreal Screwjob occurred at the event. The tagline for the event was "Gang Rulz."

- After The Jackal was eliminated he joined Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler for commentary for the remainder of the match. After The Interrogator won the match, the Jackal proclaimed that he was the winner.

- Team USA came out to future WWF wrestler Kurt Angle's entrance music.
- Goldust would turn heel during the match, coming out with "FU" (Forever Unchained) painted on his face, "FREEDOM" written on his cast, and "ALIVE AGAIN" painted on the back of his head. He then walked out on Vader refusing to be tagged in.
- Kane (w/Paul Bearer) defeated Mankind (9:29)
- Kane pinned Mankind after a Tombstone Piledriver.
- The entire match was wrestled under a red light, instead of the normal arena lights.

- Michaels beat Hart when Michaels locked Bret in Bret's signature Sharpshooter and Vince McMahon had referee Earl Hebner call for the bell.
- This incident would later be referred to as the "Montreal Screwjob".
