Marie Antoinette (November 2, 1755 in Vienna – October 16, 1793 in Paris) was an Archduchess of Austria and a Queen of France and Navarre.

Marie Antoinette was born in Vienna, Austria, on November 2, 1755. Her parents were Francis I, Holy Roman Emperor and Maria Theresa of Austria. She was the fifteenth child and the last daughter of her parents. She also had two older brothers who were also Holy Roman Emperors:
- Joseph II, Holy Roman Emperor
- Leopold II, Holy Roman Emperor

Marie Antoinette was considered very pretty but was not the most beautiful at the time. She was ash blonde hair that darkened a little as she grew older before it turned white in her later years. She had large gray-blue eyes that were widely spaced. She also had a hook nose, but she had a high forehead that was not fashionable at the time.

Marie Antoinette was married in Versailles, France, to Louis XVI of France on May 16, 1770 when she was 15. Marie had four children who are:
- Marie-Therese-Charlotte (1778-1851)
- Louis-Joseph (1781-1789).
- Louis-Charles (1785-1795)
- Sophie Helene Beatrix (1786-1787)

Marie Antoinette was executed in Paris, France, on October 16, 1793. She was buried in the Saint Denis Basilica.
