Kuala Lumpur Infrastructure University College' (KLIUC), formerly known as IKRAM College was established in 1998 following the privatization of the Research and Training Institute of Public Works Department, Malaysia (IKRAM). It is located on the border of Kajang and Serdang. KLIUC is guided by their motto, "For Knowledge, For Humanity". The current president of KLIUC is Prof. Dato' Wira Ir. Dr. Mohammad Noor Bin Hj Salleh.
