路易斯維爾大學（University of Louisville）是一所位於美國肯塔基州路易斯維爾市的研究型州立大學。在1970年代，它原本是由路易斯維爾市政府所資立的公共機構，後來加入了大學系統。路城大學擁有三個校區。Belknap校區有287畝，距離路城市中心只有3英哩，而且路城大學的11個學院中就有7個在這個校區中，是路易斯維爾大學的主校區。健康科學中心（Health Science Center）位於路易斯維爾市市中心內的醫院區，內有大學醫學相關學院科系以及大學附設醫院。擁有243畝的Shelby校區位於傑佛森郡的東邊，是國立犯罪防治研究院以及資訊科技資源中心。簡稱為UofL。
