大衛·杜考夫尼（全名David William Duchovny，又譯大衛·杜契尼；1960年8月7日－，生於紐約市）是一位美國電視與電影演員，曾經獲得金球獎。

大衛·杜考夫尼的父親安蘭·杜考夫尼（Amram Ducovny，姓氏的拼法與大衛不同）是一名有猶太血統的作家；母親馬格麗特（Margaret）則是一位蘇格蘭裔美國人，職業是教師。杜考夫尼會說法語和拉丁語，並且懂得一些希伯來語。他的有一位哥哥與一位姊姊，分別是丹尼爾·杜考夫尼（Daniel Ducovny）與羅莉·杜考夫尼（Laurie Duchovny）。
杜考夫尼曾經就讀於曼哈頓的大學學校（The Collegiate School），畢業之後進入普林斯頓大學。他也擁有耶魯大學的英語文學碩士學位。此外，杜考夫尼幾乎完成了哲學博士學位，不過他在完成畢業論文前就離開了學校。

1987年，杜考夫尼在獅牌啤酒（Löwenbräu）的一部廣告中現身。接著又在影集《雙峰鎮》（Twin Peaks）中扮演一名男扮女妝的毒品強制執法管理局（Drug Enforcement Administration）探員。
杜考夫尼於1993年開始在科幻影集《X檔案》中演出，於片中扮演男主角FBI探員福克斯·穆德（Fox Mulder）。這個角色是個陰謀論者，相信自己妹妹遭到外星人的綁架。《X檔案》不久之後成為福斯電視網的賣座影集。杜考夫尼參與了第一季到第六季的拍攝，並且演出了《X檔案》的電影版。直到第七季才因合約爭議而退出[1]。他偶爾會在第八季中現身，到了第九季才完全離開，而《X檔案》也在第九季結束（2002年）後就不再拍攝。此外，他曾經出現在動畫《zh:辛普森一家; zh-hans:辛普森一家; zh-hant:辛普森一家; zh-cn:辛普森一家; zh-tw:辛普森家庭; zh-hk:阿森一族;》的其中一集。
