Should it be අහඹු පිටු ("Random pages") OR අහඹු පිටුවක් (A random page)? Right now it's අහඹු පිටුව ("The random page"). I think "A random page" would be best. --snowolfD4 ^{( talk / @ )} 17:47, 17 August 2007 (UTC)

I'd go with අහඹු පිටුවක then, since it's not a specific page that's random, but selecting a random page and going to it. Make sense? Kylu (speak!) 20:08, 17 August 2007 (UTC)

In enwiki Special:Random display as Random article. So we can have,

අහඹු (random) ලිපියක් (article) [A random article]
අහඹු (random) ලිපිය (article) [The random article]
or else, in friendly way අහඹු ලිපියක් සොයමු (Lets search for a random article)

ඒවගේම අලුතෙන් විකිපීඩියාවට එකතු වන අයට ලිපියක් සංස්කරනය කරන Form එකේ ඉහලම සංස්කරන උපදෙස් වගේ Link එකක් දාන්න පුලුවන්නම් හොඳයි නේද. මේවා වෙනස් කරන්නේ කොහොමද.

Can't you invent easy to use Sinhala words for the commonly used English words in the internet rather than translating all the words in to their literal meaning. I find these kind of Sinhala Bhasha Baka Pandithayan who translate technical terms using literal meanings are making the adaptation of technology in our country even harder.

For example take your translation for community ප්‍රජා ද්වාරය. Now how many people in Sri Lanka would know this term and will speak this term or write this term. Why not substitute a Sinhala Term for the word community and after a while all computer users will understand what it means when using a computer or browsing the internet.

Sorry for typing this in English. I will make another attempt typing them in Sinhala some time later. I just have to get use to the keyboard.
