Pageview stats and referrer logs

Hi HPN. I'm Sundar. Hope you're doing fine. Recently, we added some code to find out the 100 most commonly visited articles in Tamil wikipedia and the most common referrers. This helps us understand the visitors and concentrate on the frequently visited articles so that we grab new users. I thought this'll be useful for other Indian Wikipedias as well. You need to make this change to Mediawiki:Monobook.js (remember to change "ta" to "kn" wherever applicable). Once you make this change, inform here so that he can set up the database. Please for bot flag for my bot. It's interwiki bot working on cs:, it does non-controversial automatic interwiki addiction, but his main domain is human assisted problematical interwiki (this operation is working on about 200 languages at same time, but maximal about 20 pages per day).

Sometimes this bot do standard interwiki addiction, but only in the languages with bot flag.

Bot is based on pywikipedia. Already with bot status in about 40 languages, including almost all from top20: cs, eo, sl, pl, de, sr, hr, da, en, el, es, it, sk, sh, vec, ro, no, ... (see here Awaiting for bot: some more languages.

Film titles articles

Hey!

For a while even I was bothered by all the near empty pages about films. But over time, I don't care about them anymore. Such pages are a bother only when people search for them. But what are the odds. So my intention is to try to create stubs about articles that people may search for (for eg. ವಿಕಿಪೀಡಿಯ:ಅಗತ್ಯ ಲೇಖನಗಳು). I hope that when they see a little content, they'll be inspired to add more. • Technical details : BotMultichill is an interwiki bot starting at the Dutch wikipedia. The bot uses the pywikipedia framework and runs day and night in autonomous mode. Sometimes the bot will run in manual assisted mode to solve interwiki conflicts.
