Le xian de Xiahe (夏河县 ; pinyin : Xiàhé Xiàn) est un district administratif de la province du Gansu en Chine. Il est placé sous la juridiction de la préfecture autonome tibétaine de Gannan.

La ville de Xiahe, chef-lieu du xian, est située à une altitude de 2 960 m, sur les rives de la rivière Daxia[2].

La population du district était de 75 096 habitants en 1999[3].
[modifier] Culture et religion
La ville de Xiahe abrite le monastère de Labrang, l'un des plus importants de l'école Gelugpa du bouddhisme tibétain, à laquelle appartient le quatorzième dalaï lama, Tenzin Gyatso.
