Patriots of Micronesia est l'hymne national des États fédérés de Micronésie.

Si les paroles ne sont pas attribuées, la musique est de Johannes Brahms (tirée de l' Ouverture Festival).

Il est en usage depuis 1991 mais c'était aussi l'hymne du Territoire sous tutelle des îles du Pacifique dont les FSM faisaient partie.

Le titre de cet hymne est parfois Accross All Micronesia (de son deuxième couplet).
