Le Highland (Highland Council Area), en français Hautes-terres, est une des 32 divisions administratives d'Écosse (Sgìre Comhairle na Gàidhealtachd en gaélique écossais), la plus grande d'Écosse et de tout le Royaume-Uni.
Les montagnes appelées Highlands, ou Hautes-terres d'Écosse en français, couvrent une bonne partie du council area de Highland.
