This image was generated and initially uploaded by User:EncephalonSeven. It is a montage of various brain images obtained from the following source:
Source: University of Wisconsin and Michigan State Comparative Mammalian Brain Collections and the National Museum of Health and Medicine.
Preparation of all these images and specimens have been funded by the National Science Foundation, as well as by the National Institutes of Health and are therefore in the public domain.
