"The primary aim of the Product Directive is to remove barriers to the cross-border marketing by allowing funds to invest in a wider range of financial instruments. Under the new Directive, it is be possible to establish money market funds, derivatives funds, index-tracking funds and funds of funds as UCITS. The ultimate success of UCITS III is dependent on the way in which each Member State implements the Directives."
This says "it is be possible to" - should this be "is possible to" or "may be possible to"???
Someone who knows the law needs to fix this.
