Sudanese captives in Guantanamo

The United States Department of Defense acknowledges holding eleven Sudanese captives in Guantanamo.^[1] A total of 778 captives have been held in extrajudicial detention in the Guantanamo Bay detention camps, in Cuba since the camps opened on January 11, 2002 The camp population peaked in 2004 at approximately 660. Only nineteen new captives, all "high value detainees" have been transferred there since the United States Supreme Court's ruling in Rasul v. Bush. As of January 2008 the camp population stand at approximately 285.

707	Noor Uthman Muhammaed	CSRT allegations 73-74 CSRT transcript 15-21 ARB 1 allegations 29-30 ARB 2 allegations 69-71	Allegedly associated with senior al Qaida personnel.[5] Acknowledged providing training at a suspect Afghan training camp.[6] Alleged to have "corresponded with a senior al Qaida lieutenant" -- however Moazzam Begg said Muhammad was illiterate.
710	Salim Mahmoud Adem Mohammed Bani Amir	CSRT allegations 78 CSRT transcript 73-76 habeas documents 31-54 ARB 1 allegations 36-38 ARB 1 decision 35-44	Was employed with the Revival of Islamic Heritage Society (RIHS) since 1994, as a school inspector for the schools the charity runs.[7] His residence was alleged to be an al Qaida residence.
712	Hammad Ali Amno Gadallah	CSRT allegations 46 CSRT transcript 1 NLEC nlec	Worked as an accountant for the Society for the Revival of Islamic Heritage (RIHS).[8] Explainrf to his Tribunsl that the financial controls the charity implemented made the diversion of the charity's funds impossible.1[9] Determined not to have been an enemy combatant during his Combatant Status Review Tribunal.[10]
714	Al Rachid Hasan Ahmad Abdul Raheem	.	There is no record that a Combatant Status Review Tribunal reviewed this captive's status.
719	Mustafa Ibrahim Mustafa Al Hassan	CSRT allegations 87 CSRT transcript 53-62 ARB 1 allegations 46-48 ARB 2 allegations 82-84	Allegedly tried to travel to Afghanistan to engage in jihad.[11] Allegedly associated with the Dawa wa Irshad [sic] an non-governmental organization American counter-terrorism analysts suspect has ties to terrorism.
720	Amir Yakoub Mohammed Al Amir Mahmoud	CSRT allegations 88 CSRT transcript 9-15 ARB 1 allegations 49-51 ARB 2 allegations 85-88	Allegedly traveled to Afghanistan to engage in jihad.[12] Allegedly enlisted the aide of a non-governmental organization (NGO) that assists foreign Arabs infiltrate Afghanistan to fight in the jihad against the United States.
940	Hassan Adel Hussein Hassan Adel	CSRT allegations 69 CSRT transcript 37-43 habeas documents 51-79 ARB 1 allegations 56-68 ARB transcripts 244-260 ARB 1 decision 43-49	Named inconsistently on the official lists.[13][1] Suspected of having met members of al Qaeda.[14] In the mid 1990s he worked as an aid worker, in Pakistan, under Zahid Al Sheikh, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed's older brother.[15]
