Southland is a stop on the South Line (Route 201) of the C-Train light rail system in Calgary, Alberta. Southland station is located approximately 9 km from downtown Calgary.[2]
The station is located primarily near residential areas to the west (the Southwood neighbourhood), and to the east of the station is the Macleod Trail commercial strip, including the Southcentre Mall and the residential areas of Willow Park and Acadia.
In 2005, the station registered and average transit of 10,500 boardings per weekday.[1]
