Simon Rolfes (born January 21, 1982 in Ibbenbüren, West Germany) is a professional footballer from Germany who plays for Bayer Leverkusen. Rolfes uses the number 6 for national and club play.

The first three seasons during his professional career yielded no playing time in the Bundesliga while playing for Werder Bremen. Rolfes played 32 games during his first season for Bayer Leverkusen while playing in only 28 games for Alemannia Aachen.
He made his international debut for the Germany in a friendly against Denmark on March 28, 2007.
