Ranzo is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Imperia in the Italian region Liguria, located about 80 km southwest of Genoa and about 20 km north of Imperia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 546 and an area of 11.7 km².^[1]

Ranzo borders the following municipalities: Aquila di Arroscia, Borghetto d'Arroscia, Casanova Lerrone, Nasino, and Onzo.
