Mendatica is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Imperia in the Italian region Liguria, located about 100 km southwest of Genoa and about 30 km northwest of Imperia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 235 and an area of 30.6 km².[1]
The municipality of Mendatica contains the frazione (subdivision) Monesi.
Mendatica borders the following municipalities: Briga Alta, Cosio di Arroscia, Montegrosso Pian Latte, and Triora.
