Park View Enclave is a 20 acre, upmarket, gated community located in Secunderabad, India. It is on the Hasmatpet Road near Manovikas Nagar, and is part of Bowenpally.

A park is located in the middle of the community, hence the name.

The 144-plot-enclave is multi-cultural and a close-knit community. The neighbourhood is an elegant and opulent planned community. There are about 200 families, including some expatriates from South Korea, living in it.

Park View Enclave has an excellent infrastructure. An elected governing body looks after the facilities like

Sports & recreation: Tennis court, a badminton court, table tennis, a garden, a library and a Hindu temple.

Community center: A 10,000 ft² community center shed was built for indoor games, community gatherings, banquets and private parties.

Security: The colony is well-secured with only one entry and exit gate, and 3 security guards are on duty, round the clock.

Water supply: Water is piped from the community-owned bore wells, apart from the water supplied by the Cantonment Board, Secunderabad.

Others: They maintain internal roads, street lighting, gardening and upkeep of the community.

The lush green environs are highly cherished by the residents.

There are many shops in the neighbourhood including Reliance Fresh, Spencer's Retail, a multi cuisine restaurant (with home delivery), grocery stores and a video store, among others.

The second biggest vegetable market in Hyderabad, Government-owned, The Market Yard, Bowenpally is located close by. It is the erstwhile Monda market that was shifted here.

A India Post office and BSNL telephone exchange, Hasmatpet are also close by.

Park View is around 3 kilometers away from Trimulgherry, where McDonald's, KFC, Vacs Pastry, Hyderabad House (restaurant), and Rainbow mall are located, where the breadth of choice is great. A punjabi restaurant Sher-e-Punjab is at Diamond Point.

The schools choice is also very good like St. Andrews High School, Pallavi High School, Delhi Public School, St. Anns girls High School (Secunderabad), Satyam public school (Kompally), Shiva Sivani Public School (Kompally), Abhyasa, Sherwood Public School, St Josephs High School, Holy Family Girls High School, Kendriya Vidyalaya.

Park view is directly connected to Secunderabad station by an APSRTC bus, 26M,26N etc.

Bowenapally has better connectivity of buses to different parts of the city.26, 26S, 26M / 229, 30, 31, 226 ply from Secunderabd Station to Old-Bowenpally and special buses such as 26/8C,26/5R etc ply during office hours. Another bus, 26G plies from the station to Greenfields via Hasmathpet.

The closest MMTS train station is 5 km away at Cavalry Barracks
