Michael P. Clayton (aka Mike Clayton) is an American businessman who is the CEO and co-founder of HYATS, LLC, franchisor of Hogi Yogi, Teriyaki Stix, and Yoasis. He received his B.S. in 1983 from Brigham Young University and his MAcc from the school's Marriott School of Management two years later.[1] Clayton become interested in starting a restaurant when he worked as a CPA for Coopers and Lybrand (later merged into PricewaterhouseCoopers), which performed professional services for over 250 KFC restaurants.[2] Mike founded Hogi Yogi in 1989.[3]
