Michael Blodgett (January 1, 1940 – November 14, 2007) was an actor, novelist, and screenwriter. Of his many film and television, appearances he was probably best remembered for his performance as playboy Lance Rocke in Russ Meyer's 1970 cult classic Beyond the Valley of the Dolls. He retired from acting in the late 1970s.

Blodgett attended the University of Minnesota. After moving to Los Angeles, he earned a degree in political science from Cal State Los Angeles and attended Loyola Law School for one year.
In the summer of 1967, Blodgett was emcee of Groovy, a weekday program of beach-party pop music on Los Angeles' KHJ-TV. Blodgett wore white duck pants but no shirt as he interviewed musical guests and interacted with the teenage audience.
In 1968 Blodgett moved to KTTV, where he hosted a 90-minute Saturday night talk show, The Michael Blodgett Show. Blodgett's guest list included actresses Connie Stevens and Agnes Moorehead, comedian Pat Paulsen and composer Henry Mancini.
Blodgett was married three times and had three daughters. He died at his home in Los Angeles of an apparent heart attack.
