Maryland Route 392 is a state highway in Dorchester County, Maryland. It runs from Maryland Route 16 in East New Market east to the Delaware border in Reliance, where it becomes Delaware Route 20.

Maryland Route 392 heads northeast from Maryland Route 16 in East New Market. Shortly after it begins, it intersects Maryland Route 14. Maryland Route 392 continues to the town of Hurlock, where it intersects Maryland Route 307 and turns east on Delaware Avenue. Upon leaving Hurlock, Maryland Route 392 becomes Harrison Ferry Road. It intersects Maryland Route 313 in Finchville, where the name changes to Finchville Reliance Road. Just before the Delaware border in Reliance, Maryland Route 392 intersects Maryland Route 577, which heads northwest to Federalsburg.
