Marlboro Central High School or MCHS for short is located in Marlborough, New York. It is a comprehensive four-year college preparatory High School. It is located in the Unified Marlboro Central School District. The school is located at 50 Cross Road, Marlboro, NY.

Currently,the administration is led by Interim Principal, Michael DeFillipo and Assistant Principal, Rosanne Messina. Michael DeFillipo replaces Paul Hughes who retired in June 2007 as the district continues its search for his successor.

Marlboro offers a broad curriculum that includes Advanced Placement classes, college bridge courses, and many course offerings. College Bridge Courses are offered through Ulster County Community College.

Marlboro competes in Section 9 of the New York State Public High School Athletic Association or NYSPHAA
