  • The Crash, a DC funny animal turtle with superspeed powers. He was the Earth C- analog of the Silver Age Flash.
  • Fastback, a DC funny animal turtle with superspeed powers, native to Earth C. He is the nephew of the Terrific Whatzit.
  • The Terrific Whatzit, DC's first funny animal superhero, who appeared in Golden Age comics. He wore a costume identical to that of Jay Garrick's, and had powers that included superstrength and flight in addition to superspeed.

  • Aang, the main character of Avatar: The Last Airbender, can use his airbending to derease air resistance in front of him to literally run as fast as the wind.
  • Amy Rose, a main character in the Sonic the Hedgehog series who uses her speedy talents to chase after her love interest, Sonic the Hedgehog.
  • Blurr, a speedster Autobot, one of the Transformers

  • Hammy the Squirrel in Over the Hedge is (normally) extremely hyperactive and fast. Upon consuming caffiene, he becomes so fast his surroundings come to a standstill, and he can outpace lasers at walking speed.
