Kevin Moran is a young Irish hurler who plays for both the Waterford Inter-county hurling team and the De La Salle GAA club.
[edit] Playing career
Kevin has so far won both a Munster Senior Hurling Championship and a National Hurling League with Waterford. In addition, Kevin won the 2008 Fitzgibbon Cup with his local college,a team that he also captained Waterford Institute of Technology. He is currently studying Business studies. Recently he completed his thesis and has been a very diligent student. He lives with four people and they are all very passionate about Kevin's hurling. Martin Mckeogh is goalkeeper with Ballina. It is very common that you see Martin standing still for long periods of time while Kevin pucks the ball at him from the 21yard line.
Kevin has a lovely housemate named brian Mckeogh who falls asleep after he eats a big dinner. He plays with Ballina who last year proved himself as one of the main tallysman on a side who lost to Moycarkey in the regional county semi final. His average score per game was 3 points. Due to injury he did not make it stick on the tipperary intermediate team however there 2008 looks bright for this young star of the future.
