Kevin Joseph Kasper (born December 23, 1977 in Hinsdale, Illinois) is an American football wide receiver for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League. He was originally drafted by the Denver Broncos in the sixth round of the 2001 NFL Draft. He played college football at Iowa.

Kasper attended Hinsdale High School (Darien, Illinois) and was a letterman in football, wrestling, and track. In football, as a senior, Kasper was named the Team M.V.P., won first team All-Conference and first team All-Area honors, and helped in leading his team to a 7 win-3 loss record.

Kasper originally walked on to Iowa, but left as the all-time receptions leader at the University of Iowa for a game, a season, and a career. He graduated with a degree in marketing.

Set three all-time NFL Combine speed records including:
- Fastest 20 yard shuttle overall: Kevin Kasper (Iowa) 3.75 all-time record
- Fastest 60 yard shuttle overall: Kevin Kasper (Iowa) 10.43 all-time record

He also posted a 43.5 inch vertical leap

He was originally selected by the Denver Broncos of the NFL in the sixth round (190th overall) in the 2001 NFL Draft out of the University of Iowa. He has also played for the Seattle Seahawks, the Arizona Cardinals, the Houston Texans, the Detroit Lions, the Minnesota Vikings, and the New England Patriots. He is currently on the offseason roster of the Cleveland Browns.
