Hello! welcome to Jump Guru's page on Wikipedia! I edit articles for the Jump magazines; Jump manga anthologies are made by Shueisha and range from Shonen to Seinen and have a large variety of genres like sci-fi, action, and even horror. Some don't even have manga some are about computer graphics (HOBBY's JUMP) and Reviewing manga. (Yomu Jump) I even gave a list of all the Jump magazines, please note that any magazines with Shonen Jump in the title are intended for teenage boys: Weekly Shonen Jump, (Shonen Jump on s-manga.net) Monthly Shonen Jump, (Monthly Jump on s-manga.net) Jump SQ., Super Jump, Jump the REVOLUTION!, (2005, and 2006) Super Jump: Archives, Go!Go! Jump, (2005, and 2006) Fresh Jump, Oh Super Jump, Yomu Jump, (only 2002) Jump Hīroizu, Jump Ani BaseSPECIAL, (Autumn, and Spring) Shonen Jump GAG Special, (2001, 2002, and 2005) e-Jump, (only 2000) Weekly Young Jump, (Young Jump on s-manga.net) Ultra Jump, Space Jump, Hyper Jump, Business Jump, Business Jump: Soul, V Jump, Akamaru Jump, Aoumaru Jump, Quick Jump, and HOBBY's JUMP. [edit] About Jump Guru
I work on basically all the Jump articles, perfecting them one by one. Recently I started working on the Jump SQ. page; the page is completely up to date, and has a good amount of References. I also do many small edits on any publisher that has done a Jump manga. I am mostly a Weekly Shonen Jump fan than any other Jump magazine; although I have gained interest in the Jump SQ. magazine.
In my point of view Weekly Shonen Jump is largely miss-understood..... mostly due to a certain company I dispise. I love Yū☆Gi☆Ō, and I have no shame about it; the reason people think it is "childish" or "dumb" I think is because of 4Kids Entertainment (kids company owned by FOX). This company has destroyed basically everything I like and gave them a bad name. Series the company has done include One Piece, Pokémon, Kinnikuman II-Sei, and Shaman King. Now 4Kids is going to dub Yū☆Gi☆Ō 5D's in the U.S., another Jump anime to be butchered!!
A better way of saying this is that I am against changing the demographic for anime. A good example of this would be Kinnikuman II-Sei (A.K.A. Ultimate Muscle)..... which went from Seinen (a genre for adult men) to...... 4Kids? Yeah right!! even try to hide that!! Another series that got sort of a treatment like that was Outlaw Star from the seinen manga anthology Ultra Jump. This was actually left uncut..... on the very popular Toonami?
I don't know what makes these anime dubbing companys think they can make good theme songs; 4Kids replaced the Japanese songs with "white guy rap" (the One Piece theme is so bad it's not even funny). The NFL Rush (kids football website)..... i'm asuming thought that they could make a dubbed football anime, they got the series Eyeshield 21 (of coarse it is a Weekly Jump anime)...... the theme song and the voice acting are unbearable (the theme song sounded like a really bad Hair Metal band).
I hope you stand corrected. Anyway! I like my manga in Japanese the best and I like my anime in Japanese too. After I get Jump SQ. a GA rating, I will start with Super Jump and maybe a Manga Allman article. I have a big collection of Jump stuff: magazines, manga....... you get the point. I like to tell people about Weekly Jump and my life of being a fan of Jump. I even make my own Horror manga under my pen name (…) ~DotDotDot~. I draw no eyes (unlike most manga) and add lots of detail. I have a job making logos and I plan on making album covers and art for light novels, etc. My favorite mangaka are Hiroyuki Asada, Takeshi Obata, Masanori Morita, Oh! Great, Keiji Nakazawa, and Naoki Konno. Also my favorite Gensaku-sha are Tsugumi Ohba, and Yumi Hotta. My personal favorite manga are Yū☆Gi☆Ō, Sidooh, Naruto, Hadashi no Gen, Skyhigh, Blue Heaven, D.Gray-man, Cloth Road, Roman, Rurōni Kenshin -Meiji Kenkaku Romatic-, Reset Man, Yū☆Gi☆Ō GX, Tegami Bachi, Masturi Special, and Samurai Usagi (I have only a few!). The J-Pop/J-Rock artists and bands I like are Orange Range, JUNE, Kyohei Takemura, Dir en Grey, and Gackt.
I also like interacting with people on Wikipedia, getting to know them, and making them feel welcome. Honestly, I think that many expert Wikipedians need to controll their temper on new comers..... the only thing that drove me nuts is when a bunch of children wouldn't listen to a some guy (or girl) on discluding Yu-Gi-Oh!: The Ambridged Series (a crappy fan-made project). We kept saying it had no references to be included, THREE SECTIONS of the Yugio talk were devoted to this garbage!! ... I'm sorry i've been very negative, all this CN dubbing pretty much ruins my hobbyI wish it wasn't that way!!
I also have a great passion for Nintendo, mostly old school stuff like the Game & Watch. G&W, i always though were amazing; always struck my mind how complex it was.... and they just used LCD (energy used for digital clock screens). I also like the design (it's so cheesy!) and cool at the same time. It almost looks like the Nintendo DS took after the design of the Game & Watch, some even had two screens. Anyway, i am also a full on Nintendo & Jump fan. By the way the Japanese text literally says: Jump Guru's Wikipedia Page (Janpu Guru no Uikipedeia Pēji).
Another thing....... if you are looking at my page on Mozilla Firefox, the list of Jump websites in JUMP GURU at the top....... the letters are MASSIVE!!! Sorry for this inconvenience.

[edit] (…) ~dotdotdot~ Manga
My pen name is (…) ~dotdotdot~, as I said earlier. My signature is a talk bubble with three dots in it, when I first started using the idea it had five dots and the.... pointy thingy.... don't know what the heck it's called, is in the middle. The second "..." had three dots and the point thing still in the middle. The third and final "...", had the point at the far right. So anyway my main series is called Fatal Moon (FATAL MOON?), and i'm working on a new series called Red Hawt (RED Hawt?). I have not gotten any of my manga published, I want to get them published by a Japanese company. My manga—Fatal Moon, is about a kid after the apocalypse who finds himself and his family being attacked by a supernatural being. The man has a Ero-eye in his hand (a eye breeded from those of the locusts' from the opocalypse), this makes his hand the most powerfull part of his body, allowing him to level the whole house. A man named Inoue killed the man, although later in the story the eye ressurected the him from the dead. The manga goes straight to the child as an adult, he was raised by the man who saved him. The man and the child (goes now by the name of Akihisa, who is now an adult) go to a bar. As they leave, Inoue is starting to be blur in the dark and before you know it, Akihisa is being attacked by a monsterous eye. The story goes from there on...

[edit] Other users
This is a list of other users I work with:
User:StrangerAtaru (Talk • Contributions • Email • Sandbox) |
---|
StrangerAtaru, I know the most out of all the users i've met, and is actually the first user I met. He started the new direction of the Weekly Shonen Jump page. Mostly edits popular Weekly Jump series' pages. The "Ataru" in "StrangerAtaru" is a reference to Ataru Moroboshi, the lead male character in the anime and manga Urusei Yatsura by Rumiko Takahashi (the creator of InuYasha). Ataru is basically an exclamation that stands for "Watch Out!" in Japanese. |
User:Yanra36 (Talk • Contributions • Email) |
---|
Helps a bit on the Weekly Shonen Jump page, mostly edits the Jonas Brothers page. Yanra36 is also the creator of the Psyren page, (a kinda new) Weekly Shonen Jump series. |
User:Finalnight (Talk • Contributions • Email • Vadalism Log • Vandalism Mistakes • Vandalism Stats) |

Helps me on Jump SQ. page, said he would help get it to the GA status. Mostly edits the NFL related pages. Finalnight, as said in one of his userboxes is 22 years old. |
User:Collectonian |
---|
Collectonian came after Doceirias on helping the Jump SQ. page. She just recently started rewriting it. I gave her the Random Acts of Kindness Barnstar, for being the nicest user I have ever met. Collectonian as said on her userbox is 31 years old. She shown me the Shojo Beat article she started the new direction of, it was flawless! |
