Johor State New Administrative Centre

Johor State New Administrative Centre is an administrative center for the state government of Johor, Malaysia. It is located in Nusajaya and it is the first phase of the Nusajaya project. The Nusajaya project itself it a part of Iskandar Malaysia. Currently, the center is under construction and it is expected to be completed by 2008.

The administrative center will consists of the State Assembly, Chief Minister Complex and the Secretary of the State of Johor. The buildings will face the Kaaba and will be based on a Johor-Malay and Moorish architecture. The Chief Minister Complex and Secretary of State building will house the chief minister office, state EXCO offices, Secretary of State office and many other departments. It is expected to have a 21,480 square feet of office space in a five story structure. ^[1]

Nearby the office and also the first phase of Nusajaya city, Dataran Mahkota and two State Department buildings will be built. The buildings will have a cafeteria, multi purpose hall and a surau. ^[1]
