It has been said that Mihindu Ariyaratne vocalist, Frontman of Sri Lankan Heavy metal band Nemesis was recruited into the band upon singing this song during the audition.
He was initially auditioned as a rhythm guitarist for Nemesis, who at the time were in need of a vocalist as well. On arriving at the audition, the band jokingly asked if he could sing, to which he had modestly replied that he could manage. However, on singing Audioslave's I Am The Highway, he was immediately recruited.
