Houston Wranglers

The Houston Wranglers are a tennis team based in Houston, Texas in the World TeamTennis League.
After many years of supporting and sponsoring local sports teams in Houston, Jim and Linda McIngvale, owners of Gallery Furniture and Westside Tennis Club, purchased the franchise rights to be the first professional tennis team in Houston, Texas.
The schedule for 2007 consists of 14 games for the Houston Wranglers, 7 of which are home matches to be played in Houston. All home matches are played in the 5240 seat stadium at Westside Tennis Club, home to the U.S. Men's Clay Court Championships held each year. The Wranglers encourage all their fans to enjoy this new brand of tennis by making noise and cheering on the Wranglers.
The Houston Wranglers are also the first and only tennis team with cheerleaders.
