[edit] Plot
Havoc begins when a young girl, Allison Lang (Hathaway), and her friends are confronted by a gang; a fight eventually ensues, and they flee. They then go to a raucous party, and Allison's relationship with her boyfriend and best friend are revealed. The next day, Allison meets her father to discuss family problems, after which she and her friends head downtown. She and her boyfriend encounter a problem: her boyfriend wants to buy marijuana from a drug dealer (Rodriguez), but, after accepting them, he realizes that he doesn't have the right amount. When he confronts the drug dealer, he is held at gunpoint. While her boyfriend feels traumatized and emasculated, Allison can't help but feel fascinated with the atmosphere she had just been exposed to.
The next night, Allison and friends return to the location of the party. There she meets up with the same gang that had threatened her boyfriend the previous day. She unreasonably begins to strike up a relationship with the dealer, but, before things progress, the party is busted by the police. Allison -- save for an argument with her parents -- is let off. Despite this, however, Allison, along with a friend (Phillips) go to a hotel, intending to party and get drunk. The two want to join the gang. To do so, the two must roll dice: the number they roll corresponds to the number of people they must have sex with. Allison rolls a one; her friend, a three. Before things are underway, though, Allison has second thoughts; her friend, however does not. Her friend then claims gang rape, despite the fact she consented to the action at the outset.
