EP is an EP by Guns N' Roses that was only released in Japan. Tracks one, four and five were recorded live at London's Marquee Club on June 28, 1987. This EP is also often referred to as Live from the Jungle even though the similarly titled song "Welcome to the Jungle" does not appear on the EP. The cover art uses the banned Robert Williams artwork originally (but very briefly) used for Appetite for Destruction.
[edit] Track listing
- "It's So Easy" (live) (Duff McKagan, West Arkeen) – 3:55
- "Shadow of Your Love" (Axl Rose, Izzy Stradlin, Paul Tobias) – 3:06
- While this track is often referred to as a live recording it is in fact a studio track with an overdubbed crowd noise. In his autobiography Slash states (on page 166) that this track was recorded while the band was searching for a producer to record Appetite for Destruction. It was the first track Guns N' Roses recorded with Mike Clink who was ultimately hired to do the job.
- "Move to the City" (Stradlin, Del James, Chris Weber) – 3:44
- This track is the same version found on Live Like a Suicide and G N' R Lies.
- "Knockin' on Heaven's Door" (live) (Bob Dylan) – 4:40
- "Whole Lotta Rosie" (live) (Bon Scott, Angus Young, Malcolm Young) – 4:30
- "Sweet Child o' Mine" (Rose, Slash, Stradlin, Steven Adler) – 5:52
