Eastside Catholic High School is a private Catholic school under construction in Sammamish, Washington, USA with its current Bellevue, Washington location in a leased facility from the Bellevue School district. Located in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Seattle, Eastside Catholic is fully accredited by the state of Washington, the Pacific Northwest Association of Independent Schools and the Northwest Association of Secondary Schools. It is also a member of the National Catholic Education Association. The school has approximately 535 students in grades 9-12, employs 50 faculty members and two counselors. The Eastside Catholic sports teams have the Crusader for their mascot. Their rival schools are O'Dea and Seattle Prep. The school colors are orange and navy blue. Approximately 85% of the student body participates in after school athletics or activities, and the school participates as a member of the Metro AAA League.

The idea for the school originated in 1974; in 1980 the new school opened its doors. The campus was originally located in downtown Bellevue, opposite where Bellevue Square mall is presently located. The current campus is rented from the Bellevue School District. A new campus is currently planned in the city of Sammamish, Washington with an expansion to include grades 6-8. . [1]
The National Catholic Educational Association (NCEA) recognized Eastside Catholic in 1997 as one of the 25 most innovative Catholic schools in the country with the Peter Li Award.[citation needed]
