[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Uhsa.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Uhsa.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

[edit] Warning

The Arbitration Committee have confirmed that single-purpose accounts, especially those with a material connection to the subject of an article, may be restrained from editing that article. Since you refuse to accept mediation, I will be listing this case on the adminstrators' noticeboard. Just zis Guy you know? 09:09, 4 September 2006 (UTC)

I would also point out that this [1] could be construed as a legal threat. Legal threats are absolutely forbidden on Wikipedia and the current level of tolerance for them is at a very low level - they are one of the few things likely result in an immediate indefinite block. I strongly advise you to clarify this comment as a matter of urgency. Guy 11:53, 5 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Just a nice suggestion

You may want to set up a user page Regeane Silverwolf 03:03, 10 September 2006 (UTC)

Where can I find good templates for my user page? DrGladwin 20:00, 20 November 2006 (UTC)
You can surf wiki to find those userboxes. Why did you ask my friend whether or not she's single? I mean, of course she's married - she's twenty-nine, for goodness sakes! She's even got four children! Lady Nimue of the Lake 07:07, 21 November 2006 (UTC)
I'm sorry - just being my usual nosy self again; UHSA? I'm not exactly the brightest when it comes to knowing the initials and what they stand for for those unis, but I'll learn sometime. Lady Nimue of the Lake 09:28, 21 November 2006 (UTC)
Well, that's the name of my medical school. By the way, I also play the piano and after graduation I'll buy a Bosendorfer grand for about $60,000. Presently, I play a Roland digital piano. DrGladwin 19:11, 21 November 2006 (UTC)

But what does UHSA stand for? Interesting. I'm aiming to save up enough for a grand Steinway...probably a very far away dream, though... Interesting user page. Very original, too. Lady Nimue of the Lake 07:20, 23 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Request for Mediation

A Request for Mediation to which you are a party was not accepted and has been delisted. You can find more information on the mediation subpage, Wikipedia:Requests for mediation/UHSA.

[edit] Links

Please resist the urge of inserting links to your own blog all over Wikipedia. This is in direct contraction to WP:EL and is quite annoying. You may either work the relevant content into the articles in question or add links to primary sources (e.g. peer-reviewed journal articles, authoritative websites). [edit] October 2007

Please stop. If you continue to blank out or delete portions of page content, templates or other materials from Wikipedia, as you did to American University of Antigua College of Medicine, you will be blocked from editing. Leuko 17:35, 1 October 2007 (UTC)

DrGladwin, you can completely ignore this "warning". Leuko is much too over-zealous and he has no ability or authority to block you. He has a knee-jerk warning response to anything which does not go his way. Bstone 07:12, 11 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Leuko

I have received your note about Leuko. Certainly, there are issues with his over-the-top methods, extreme foreshadowing and caviler attitude. Assuming he truly is an administrator I suggest we report him to the proper authorities as an admin who has overstepped his bounds. Bstone 21:11, 2 October 2007 (UTC)

My advice to you is don't take any unwarranted threats of blocking or banning from a non-admin too seriously. If you receive them from an admin, that's a different story. And if you actually are committing blockable offenses, that's a different story too. Regards, Mike R 17:47, 3 October 2007 (UTC)
Mike, Leuko's lack of civility and his implied adminship is very nerve wracking. Saying that doing certain things may lead to being blocked by an admin is one thing, but Leuko comes right out and says you will be blocked. Simply look above at Leuko's message to DrGladwin immediately above this one. It's very, very disturbing. He's bullying various editors (myself included). Bstone 17:56, 3 October 2007 (UTC)
DrGladin, I might suggest you head over to admin Fred Bauder's talk page and inform him of the issue with Leuko. Fred has helped me mediate issues in the past and has been a huge help. [[2]]Bstone 18:16, 3 October 2007 (UTC)
DrGladwin, it is very important for us to get as many editors who have been bullied and malaigned by Leuko to come together so we can put together a comprehensive complaint. Bstone 20:54, 3 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Proposed Deletion

Hi, one or more pages that you have edited from the following list Caribbean Medical University, St Christopher Iba Mar Diop College of Medicine, St Matthews University, and University of Health Sciences Antigua has been proposed for deletion. If you wish to comment on the proposal, please go to the deletion debate here. DMcMPO11AAUK/Talk/Contribs 11:28, 10 October 2007 (UTC)

Hey, DrGladwin. I got your message. To tell the truth I believe that we have been making progress in making the articles more neutral and balanced. I agree they have been written in a very subjective light, but I feel that the situation is getting better. As such, I put in my vote for keeping the pages. Is there anything I can do which will sway your vote? Bstone 20:49, 10 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Steward Univ

I have heard of these folks and have done some basic investigation of them. It seems they are based on a native American reservation but have no accreditation from anyone. I wonder if they will soon be listed in FAIMER. Worth following their progress. Bstone 05:04, 21 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] curious

Hello, sir. Quickly curious where you're currently in school? Thinking about applying to MUA or SMU next year. Also, your user page has a nice format. Can I borrow it? Where did u get it from? Good luck on step 1!!Bstone 22:58, 22 October 2007 (UTC)

Does International American University college of medicine have a wiki page? Bstone 02:28, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
Are you happy with IAU? DO they have New York approval? Bstone 06:10, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
Oh, I know Jackson Park Hospital. I'm from Chicago and have worked as an EMT there for a bunch of years. JP is not the best but not the worst of hospitals. A lot of schools do their rotations through them. Did u transfer into IAU? Bstone 06:33, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
You might find this interesting. I think it related to Leuko perfectly. Wikipedia:Please_do_not_bite_the_newcomersBstone 06:51, 23 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Admin Recall

Hi, DrGladwin! I came across a page where certain admins had said they would be open to recall. Friday, who is an admin who sticks up for Leuko in every which way, is on the page. If you feel that Friday has overstepped his bounds then perhaps you can comment here? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Friday#Admin_Recall Cheers! Bstone 19:15, 24 October 2007 (UTC)
