Delfim Moreira da Costa Ribeiro (November 7, 1868 – July 1, 1920) was a Brazilian politician. He was born in Minas Gerais state, and was elected vice-president in 1918. He assumed the presidency in November 15, 1918, due to the illness and death of former (1902-1906) and now elect president Rodrigues Alves. However, Moreira suffered from psychological problems, and left his duties to the ministers. Following the constitution, he called elections in 1919, and returned to the vice-presidency until his death.
