Daterape was a band featuring Thighpaulsandra, David Ryder-Prangley (Rachel Stamp, Martin Shellard and Jon Lee (Feeder). The group's sound is more traditional rock music than Thighpaulsandra's later material. On Thighpaulsandra's website the band are described as "Pervrock".
Recently all of Daterape's recordings from the 90s were released on Thighpaulsandra's website.
