Dan Le Sac, Scroobius Pip |
Dan Le Sac Vs Scroobius Pip is a collaboration between dan le sac and Scroobius Pip, both originally hailing from Stanford-le-Hope in Essex. The duo are most well-known for the 2007 song "Thou Shalt Always Kill". The name "Scroobius Pip" is an intentional misspelling of the Edward Lear poem, The Scroobious Pip.[1]
Scroobius Pip (whose real name is David Meads) attended St Thomas More High School for Boys in Westcliff, Essex and was brought up in and around Southend-on-sea .
During 2007 they have undertaken a full UK tour, and appeared at the Glastonbury Festival, Reading and Leeds Festival, Bestival and Supporting RJD2 at the Scala in London. They headlined the Scala in September.
They performed at Coachella in 2008 and will be at the Monolith Festival and Bestival again in September 2008.
They have also appeared on the BBC's new music show SOUND. [2]
