Blagnac is a commune in the Haute-Garonne department in southwestern France.
It is the third-largest suburb of the city of Toulouse, and is adjacent to it on the northwest side. Thus, it is a member of the metropolitan Community of Agglomeration of Greater Toulouse. In the 1999 census, Blagnac had a population of 20,586.
